Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage office documentation photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, etc.
• Candidate must be highly motivated and should be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Candidate should have good communication skills.s.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Should know Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Email and Communication Skills are a must.
• Preparation of Commercial Documents like Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, and Quotations
• Receive calls/maintain inventory, and files
• prepare quotations/monthly reports
• mail correspondence.
Experience: 1-2 years or Fresher can also apply
