Responsibilities
Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Manage phone calls and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Organize and maintain customer files and records efficiently.
Assist with submitting sales quotes to customers promptly.
Coordinate schedules and appointments for the sales department.
Support the team with various projects to enhance productivity.
Requirements
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of or ability to quickly grasp Google products, scheduling software, POS software, and related computer programs.
