Job Description
We are seeking an Office Assistant to work a minimum of 1 hour per day, averaging 5 hours over the course of a week, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks and supporting our high-tempo environment.
Tasks:
Book calendar invites for meetings
Invoice clients
Send terms of business to clients
Fill out application forms
Additional Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping
Send gifts to clients
Book travel arrangements (train tickets, hotel rooms, event tickets)
Create events calendar
Upload contacts to database
Time tracking
Develop training videos for above tasks
Create PDFs for business documents with company design
Communication:
You will need to be accessible via WhatsApp and email daily, as well as by phone or video call when necessary. As we are a small startup, teamwork is essential to delivering quality results in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Availability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Familiarity with bookkeeping and administration software
