THE ROLE
Supporting the Ops Manager and Head of Events with a full host of administrative tasks
Reception duties – meeting and greeting clients, meeting room management, couriers, post, VC set up
Heavy events and project assistance
Updating CRM and running reports for Investment Team
THE CANDIDATE
1-2 years in a Team Assistant/Admin Assistant/Reception role would be ideal
Experience working at a fast pace with a keen eye for detail and high standards
Experience within a corporate environment, ideally financial services
A team player, with an ambitious and collaborative working style
