The opportunity:
Our Milton Keynes office are looking for an assistant to join the team. This opportunity is open to either full time or as a part time vacancy (part time working 8.55 am – 17.00pm three days a week)
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires good organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications is useful but not essential. Excellent communication abilities, assisting with clients queries by e-mail, on the telephone and in person. Dealing with our clients in a professional manor and helping to organise and maintain office.
About you:
For this role you’ll need excellent communication skills with the confidence to talk to lots of different people. You will be supported with training in all elements of the position.
Comfortable working in a team environment, and happy to offer support to others where needed.

Pay: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
