Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (1/2 hour lunch break)

Busy construction company is seeking an office assistant to add to the team to help with an array of duties and paperwork. This is an immediate hire position.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
Sending and responding to emails
Completing forms
Saving and printing incoming documents
Light excel spreadsheets (updating quantities)
Scanning and filing paperwork
Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel.

This position has room for growth as we prefer to in-house promote when new positions open.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (1/2 hour lunch break)
