Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
Maintain office files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and Tax Invoices.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishments.
Support accounts with data entry and basic administrative tasks.
Assist in basic customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any Stream of .
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
