We cater to diverse industries with cutting-edge design and fabrication capabilities. We’re seeking an energetic and organised Office Assistant who can manage daily administrative tasks and provide support across sales, accounting, and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Oversee day-to-day office operations, documentation, and correspondence.
Handle calls, emails, courier, and client follow-ups.
Maintain office supplies, petty cash, and vendor coordination.
Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and schedules.
Sales & Client Coordination
Support the sales team with lead tracking and CRM updates.
Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and follow up with clients.
Maintain records of orders, payments, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with production and design teams for project timelines and status updates.
Accounts Assistance
Record daily expenses and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Assist with vendor bills, payment entries, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with the external accountant for GST, TDS, and filing.
Support in budgeting and maintaining purchase/sales records.
HR & Team Support
Assist in recruitment — job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Maintain attendance and leave registers.
Handle employee document collection and onboarding activities.
Coordinate staff communication and basic HR compliance records.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in office administration, sales support, or accounting.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Familiarity with Tally or Zoho Books is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a technical environment.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
