Position of an office assistant
Role will comprise looking after the day to day functioning of the office.
Responsibilities and Duties
Answering and directing phone calls
Scheduling appointments and meetings for other employees
Managing office supplies
Responding to customer queries
Greeting and receiving visitors
Helping manage the office correspondence
Performing general clerical and administrative tasks
Event managing and social media handle managing
Qualifications
Good speaking and written English is mandatory
Prior work experience is mandatory of minimum 6 months
Should know how to browse, type emails and etiquettes of speaking to clients
Be aware of use social media handles such as instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Should be good with management and execution of tasks.
Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
