We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
Answer phone calls with professionalism and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly archived
Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing reports
Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity
Experience
Proven experience in an office environment, preferably as a receptionist or administrative assistant
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Prior experience in customer service is a plus
Effective phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
