- Support administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and document filing.
- Assist in preparing and serving refreshments for meetings and staff.
- **Monitor and Replenish Supplies**:

- Keep track of office supplies and promptly inform the supervisor when items need replenishing.
- Responsible for timely distribution of mail and packages.
- **Errands and Deliveries**:

- Run company errands, such as bank deposits, post office visits, and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Assist in handling deliveries and courier services.
- **Support Staff**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to provide assistance as needed.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging furniture for various office events.
