Salary: Rs.13,000/- to Rs.15,000/-
Job: In office, full time.
Schedule: +:45 AM to 7:30 PM. (MON - SAT)
Qualification: 12th Grade / HSC Pass (Preferred)
Experience: Minimum 6 Month’s Experience (Preferred)
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Scope / Job Description:
1. General Maintenance of Office.
2. Coordination the Maintenance & Repair of Office Equipment.
3. Opening & Closing Office Space.
4. Handling of Reception.
5. Maintains filing systems as assigned.
6. Handling Appointment Scheduling / Calls.
7. Collecting and distributing documents / mail / post.
8. Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors.
+. Serve Tea/Coffee/Refreshments during Client Meetings.
10. Paper filing, printing, scanning.
11. Should have basic knowledge of Computers.
12. Pickup & Delivery Near Office
13. Bank Work
14. Other duties in this scope as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
1. Excellent Communication Skills.
2. Preference will be given to those candidates, who have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
3. Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Basic Language Skills in English, Hindi & Marathi. (Preference will be given.)
