Office Assistant (Part-time)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home based private office by providing administrative support, managing communications, and maintaining organized records. This position is essential for fostering an efficient work environment and delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
Manage rental properties and daily office duties.
Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in various databases.
Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to important documents.
Solution oriented ,reliable, punctual ,focused and able to handle conflicts
Collaborate with team members to coordinate office activities and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Office Assistant and rental property management .
Must be local and have a valid driver license.
Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and file management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
