Responsibilities
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism
Maintain an organised office environment
Assist with office-related projects as needed
Utilise Google Suite for various office tasks
Handle basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Requirements
Proficient in administrative duties
Excellent phone etiquette skills
Strong organisational abilities
Prior experience in an office setting preferred
Competency in computerised tasks
Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping duties
