• Collecting the newspaper and keeping it on the desk regularly and removing old newspaper and store.
• To order a water can from an outside vendor an keep changing the water can is empty . Filling the water bottle.
• To clean the working environment including tables, systems and machines.
• Commute to others institutions for delivery of documents, pamphlets or any asserts if required
• Getting snacks and refreshments from the canteen and outside Vendors.
• General housekeeping of cabinets and files
• Getting stationery from book depot
• Wash tea cups daily.
• Receive and deposits couriers
• To take the printout from outside the campus
• Interoffice communications.
• Support drives and all activities during drives at PSGIM and PSG Pharma
• During campus drives, to be in proper attire and at least 1 hour before
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands such as Scanning, Photocopying and filling documents.
• Monitor level of supplies like Tissue Paper, Flask, Water and handle shortages
• Table & Chairs dusted and neatly arranged & Tea cups washing
• Conference Hall Maintenance with AC, AV and other instructed details
• Perform receptionist duties when needed stationery management inventory like notepad, papers, markers, pencils, staplers ect.
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas
• Maintaining office equipment as needed and be a virtual assistant
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Discarding, shredding all files and papers. Keeping office nice and tidy.
• Coordinating for chair repair/ Furniture repairs
