Job Description
Handling incoming and outgoing documents, maintaining proper storage, retrieval, and distribution.
Assisting other office staff by performing general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and sending emails
Monitoring inventory levels of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
Assisting with invoicing, processing expenses, basic accounting and bookkeeping..
Handling phone calls and email to provide information and support.
Proficiency in MS office, creating reports by gathering data and preparing basic presentations.
Proficiency in handling printers, projectors, and video conferencing systems
Essential Skills
Graduate/ post graduate
Minimum experience of two years
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English and Hindi
Certificate course in MS office
