Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Assist the CSR team with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
Handle incoming emails and calls, routing them to the appropriate team members
Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and customer records
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Utilize Google Suite for documentation and communication purposes.
Perform general office tasks such as filing and organizing documents.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is required.
Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality communication.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
