Uses good telephone technique including 4 part greeting and 3 rings or less guideline

Observes transfer and on-hold techniques

What You Will Do

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or GED, (Preferred)

Experience

• 1 year Medical Office experience (Preferred)
