Job Summary
An Office Assistant for a print company is responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff while assisting with various print production tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of print production processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Support:
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members.
• Prepare and distribute meeting materials.
• Assist with travel arrangements.
• Maintain filing systems and records.
• Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
• Print Production Support:
• Assist with order processing and fulfillment.
• Prepare files for printing.
• Maintain inventory of print materials.
• Assist with quality control checks.
• Assist with shipping and receiving.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assist with customer order tracking.
Qualifications
• Graduate
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in administrative or office support roles.
