Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and bright female candidate to join our team as

an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for office

coordination, vendor and client communication, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Coordination:

- Manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.

- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance.

- Ensure a well-organized and tidy office environment.

2. Vendor Coordination:

- Communicate with vendors for procurement of materials and services.

- Maintain records of vendor contracts and agreements.

- Coordinate deliveries and payments with vendors.

3. Client Communication:

- Assist in client coordination, including scheduling meetings and managing

inquiries.

- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.

- Handle client-related administrative tasks as assigned.

4. Administrative Support:

- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

- Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
