• Responsibilities:
• 1. Office Administration:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain office supplies.
• 2. Customer Service:
• 3. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately enter and maintain data in our systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Organize and maintain records, files, and other documentation.
• 4. Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including Interviews.
• 5. Front Desk Support:
- Greet visitors, manage front desk activities, and create a welcoming environment.
• Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
