Serenity Hospice Care is currently looking for an Office Assistant for the Springfield office.****
Job Requirements:
Must be a self starter
Creative thinker
Proficient with Word, Excel and Power Point
Hospice experiance is a plus but not required
Outstanding phone etiquette
The highest standard of customer service
Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
Must be extreamly flexible as a variety of tasks may be assigned
Duties:
Collect data and log on excel spreadsheets
Answer incoming phone calls
Greet all guests as they enter the office
Assist with back office EMR work
Make calls to request various items from doctors, nurses and other staff memebers
Track and log information as needed
Organize the supplies and office as needed
Assist department heads with different tasks as needed
Full Time 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday
