Admin Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Assist with Daily operations as required
• Work with discretion as required
• Monitor and distribute incoming inquiry emails/Requests
• Organize and schedule appointments, update job/task/project boards
• Write and distribute email, correspondence letters and forms
• Assist in the preparation of short/long term schedules
• Develop and maintain a filing system, including maintenance logs and work orders
• Input of daily employee task logs
• Create/develop/maintain spreadsheets/logs as required
• Order supplies/materials as needed
• Book travel arrangements where required
• Submit billing/invoices using Quick Books and POS system
• Provide general support to visitors/callers
• Develop/Maintain employee vacation schedule tracking
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients
Qualifications
• Proven experience of office management skills
• Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities when needed
• Well organized, reliable and professional approach with a strong work ethic
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Attention to detail and problem solving
• Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in a construction office considered an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Pivot tables, etc)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
