We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, confident individualThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be computer literate with a good customer focusAmongst the varied tasks are:-Answering and receiving callsReceiving and sending e-mailsDiary management/appointments (in house training given)Taking paymentsReceiving deliveriesDaily administrative/reception dutiesIf you feel you are of a helpful, approachable nature & are able to prioritise your workload & work well under pressure then we would love to hear from you.You must be flexible with your working hours as you will be required to cover sickness/holidays which can sometime be at short notice.Salary dependant on experience“We are an equal opportunities employer and we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons”Position: PermanentJob Types: Part-time, Temp to permPart-time hours: 20 per weekBenefits:FlexitimeSchedule:FlexitimeMonday to FridayNo weekendsWork Location: One location
