Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Office Boy to perform various office support tasks and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, organized, and able to work efficiently under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Clean and maintain the office premises including desks, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Handle basic office errands such as document filing, photocopying, scanning, and deliveries.
Monitor and refill office supplies like stationery, pantry items, and drinking water.
Assist staff with minor administrative tasks as requested.
Support office staff in preparing and setting up meeting rooms.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in office areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
Handle incoming and outgoing documents or couriers.
Perform messenger duties within or outside the office premises.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Good personal hygiene and grooming.
Basic communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi Language.
Honest, trustworthy, and well-mannered.
Physically fit and active.
Work Hours:
working days: Monday To Saturday and hours: +.30 am to 7 pm

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
