Job Description
I. Office Maintenance and Upkeep
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire office area, including workstations, common areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen/pantry.
Ensure all office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, water dispensers) are operational and promptly report any malfunctions to the appropriate staff.
Manage the inventory of kitchen supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, snacks) and ensure the pantry is stocked and organized.
Monitor and replenish office supplies (paper, pens, stationery) in common areas.
II. Administrative and Support Tasks
Perform duties related to mail, including collecting, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and inter-office correspondence.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and binding documents as required by staff.
Handle local delivery and collection of documents, cheques, and other items outside the office.
Prepare and serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to management, staff, and guests, especially during meetings.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before meetings and clearing them afterwards.
III. General Assistance
Run errands as requested by management or senior staff.
Assist in the movement or relocation of office furniture, equipment, or supplies within the premises.
Provide support during office events, workshops, or functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
