Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Serve Food, tea, coffee, and water to Managers & Visitors.
Coordinate CFO & MD requirement s(lunch, Refreshments & Snacks) and timely fulfill it.
Maintain cleanliness & hygiene of office premises, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Handle photocopying, scanning, and printing of documents when required.
Deliver and collect documents within or outside the office.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office setup.
Purchase Necessary Supplies and items when required.
Handle courier dispatch and receiving packages.
Assist staff with basic office support tasks.
Requirements
Minimum education: 12th Pass
Honest, responsible, and punctual.
Ability to follow instructions properly.
Physically fit to handle basic office tasks.
Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene.
Polite behavior and good communication with staff and visitors
Basic understanding of office work preferred.
Experience
1 –3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Salary Range
20,000/- to 25,000/- CTC PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
