1 Cleaning of Tables, Assist the co workers in their daily chores 2 After coming at the office, clean all of the DHS cabins and tables, wipe all of the area display boards, and turn on the outside monitor. 3 Wiping the top of the fish tank, cleaning the flower vase, daily Watering flowers to keep them fresh 4 Offering everyone coffee and tea twice a day and collecting glasses 5 When visitors come to office, serve them water and request coffee or tea 6 Watering of plants 7 When any department member asks Xeroxing and scanning, the documents work must be completed on time. Documents must handover to consen person 8 Coming to the workplace with formal wear that is neat and clean + If any department members requested that punching and tagging be completed on time, the documents were handed over to the consenting party with careful. 10 As Visitors arrive at the office, arrange chairs; if they are at lunchtime, organize lunch arrangements and serve food. 11 Whenever there is a webinar in the office, assist the IT team and set up chairs, Display etc. 12 Work assigned by managers, executives, and DHS must be completed on time.
