Job Description

Ensure cleanliness of the office, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle office deliveries, couriers, and mail distribution.
Assist in basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and scanning.
Manage office supplies and ensure stock is replenished.
Run errands, including banking, purchasing office supplies, and other outside tasks.
Set up meeting rooms for conferences and client visits.
Ensure the office premises are secured and organized.
Previous experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in basic English/Hindi.
Honest, reliable, and responsible.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of handling office equipment (photocopiers, scanners, etc.).
Physically fit to carry out tasks that involve moving items.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
