Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Boy/Peon to become a valuable part of our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within our office environment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of the office premises, including work areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces. You will also assist in setting up workstations, meeting rooms, and other office areas as required, which involves arranging furniture, equipment, and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies.
In addition, you will be involved in preparing and serving refreshments like tea, coffee, and snacks for meetings, clients, and staff members. Monitoring and replenishing office supplies will be another key aspect of your role, as you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, placing orders for restocking, and maintaining supplier relationships.
As an Office Boy/Peon, you will also be tasked with running errands outside the office premises, such as purchasing office supplies, collecting documents, or delivering packages. Proper waste disposal in accordance with company policies and regulations will also fall under your duties.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a secondary education (10th pass preferred) and at least 1 year of work experience. The work location is in person.,
