Job Title: Office Clerk cum Runner
Timings : 7 am to 4:30 pm
Job Summary:
The Office Clerk cum Runner supports the office by handling clerical duties along with running errands such as purchasing, deliveries, market research, and assisting in day-to-day maintenance tasks. This role ensures smooth administrative and operational functioning, including managing office infrastructure like RO, AC, and general opening and closing duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic clerical tasks including filing, record keeping, and maintaining office documents.
Assist in purchasing office supplies, groceries, housekeeping items, and stationery.
Conduct deliveries of documents, parcels, and other materials inside and outside the office.
Carry out market research to assist procurement and vendor evaluation.
Support day-to-day infrastructure maintenance tasks such as servicing RO plants, AC units, and coordinating repairs.
Handle opening and closing of the office premises, ensuring all utilities and equipment are managed properly.
Assist in event support and promotional activities as required.
Run bank errands and other miscellaneous office-related tasks.
Maintain coordination with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage both clerical and operational duties.
Physically able to handle errands and maintenance support.
Reliable, punctual, and proactive.
Prior experience in office administration or support roles preferred.
Personal Attributes:
Organized and detail-oriented.
Courteous and professional in dealing with staff and vendors.
Flexible and willing to adapt to varied tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
