We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to join our Support Office team and become the heartbeat behind our day-to-day operations- and our unofficial Master of Fun.

This is an in-office role based in Parnell, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and enjoys wearing many hats. You’ll be a central support to our teams, helping everything run seamlessly while bringing positive, thoughtful energy to our workplace. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lively and varied environment where no two days are the same.

This is a flexible role, 25-30 hours per week, typically across five days (around 5–6 hours per day). We’re open to shaping this to suit the right person.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Be the go-to support across Head Office, keeping everything organised and running smoothly day to day.
Manage office operations including facilities, stationery, supplies, and general upkeep.
Coordinate with external contractors for both Head Office and store needs, while ensuring office supplies are maintained, stocked, and replenished.
Support courier dispatches and distribution to Auckland boutiques.
Coordinate grocery orders and keep the office stocked with thoughtful touches (yes, including treats!).
Plan and organise company celebrations, team moments, and cultural initiatives.
Arrange birthday gifts and flowers for our Head Office and Warehouse teams.
Support the Operations Manager with general coordination and admin tasks.
Assist the QC team with fault management, liaising with suppliers to coordinate repairs and communicate updates to store teams and customers, in line with our sustainability strategy.
Bring our culture to life through “surprise and delight” moments for both retail and Head Office teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Proven experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar support role.
Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Strong communication skills and a naturally collaborative style.
A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for people and creating a supportive, welcoming environment.
Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and general systems.
High attention to detail and pride in creating a well-run, welcoming environment.
