As Office-Coordinor in our prime CBD Head Office location, this is a fast-paced, varied and highly collaborative support role where you'll provide administrative, coordination and organisational support to ensure the successful operation of the NSW Construction business. This is a permanent role 4-5 days per week, if 4 days ideally working Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
Provide extensive diary and travel management
Coordinate meetings, event logistics, catering and briefing documents
Assist with document preparation, proofing, reports and correspondence
Provide admin support to Construction Managers, Regional Directors and the Office & Events Manager
Support New Business team activities and ad hoc tasks
Assist with expenses, invoicing, purchase orders and Mastercard reconciliation
Collaborate with Regional PAs and site-based Office Coordinators
Provide reception relief as required
Uphold confidentiality and operate in alignment with the Multiplex Code of Conduct
About You:

We're looking for someone with:
Strong administration experience supporting multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and strong document formatting skills
A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Coupa a bonus
Cert III in Business Administration (or higher)
