As an Office Coordinator, a typical day might include:
Answering multiline switchboard
Greeting, assisting, and signing in visitors
Collecting, sorting, and distributing faxes, incoming/outgoing Canada post (registered and interoffice) and incoming/outgoing courier (excluding Systems courier items)
Providing friendly professional service to all incoming callers and visitors, as well as other Axis staff members
Handling general administration and clerical support for staff
Monitoring boardroom calendars and hot desk booking through Kadence platform
Helping with office catering
Maintaining boardroom and kitchen organization and cleanliness
Processing credit card payments
Maintaining office supply inventory and ordering
Maintaining office photocopiers, ordering toner, requesting service calls and new user setups, etc.
Supporting facilities on Axis events

Must haves:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, consistently meeting internal core competencies
Post Secondary Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Business Administration, or equivalent experience, considered an asset
Experience in the insurance industry, considered an asset
