Duration: Temporary Position starting Wednesday for 3 weeks whilst they recruit perm (could be extended)
Pay: $27 - $2+ + 8% holiday pay
Parking: Available
Hours of work
Monday: 8:30am - 12pm
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 8:30am - 2pm
Friday: 8:30am - 12pm
About the Role:
We are working with a tech company who is looking for a temporary Office Coordinator to support a busy office environment with around 200 employees. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with reception or office management experience who is eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for office enquiries.
Distribute access passes to team members and contractors.
Monitor and manage office tickets.
Provide general support to the facilities team, assisting with tours and orientation for new arrivals.
Collaborate with the tech team to ensure smooth operations (note: full technical support will not be required).
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a receptionist, admin, or in a similar role
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
