Profile: Office Coordinator/Operation Executive (Female)
Salary: 15000 to 25000
Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Experience: 1-3 years
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support
• Coordinating office activities
• Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure the performance
• Managing agendas/ travel arrangements/ appointments etc. for the upper management
• Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good Communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
