Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

Greeting and interacting with visitors in a courteous, professional and welcoming manner.

Oversight of all office positions

Maintains client and employee relationships

Responsibility for meeting goals set by franchise owner

Exhibits professionalism when answering the phones and office visitors

Office Coordinator Requirements:

Experience – One year experience in home care preferred

Education - High school Diploma

Skills – Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills, and the ability to multi task.

Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
