Summary
We are seeking a Office Coordinator to join our team at Technical Loadarm Ltd.
Responsibilities
Provide support to our sales, accounting and marketing departments
Answer phones
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
Book Travel Arrangements
Update and maintain our safety compliance on our supplier information platforms
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and document preparation
Other duties as required
Requirements
Strong customer service skills
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities
Effectively work on your own and in a close team atmosphere
Excellent organization, communication and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task, while using good judgment in prioritizing responsibilities
No phone calls or drop ins. Employment is available starting as soon as available.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
