Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Federal Member, including:

Managing the diary programming for the Federal Member and Chiefs of Staff

Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents

Coordinating events, meetings, and travel arrangements

Providing research support to the Federal Member

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal applicant will possess:

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Effective time management and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A positive and flexible attitude towards work

The position offers a range of benefits, including:

A commencing salary between $74,0+5 and $86,506, negotiable based on experience and relevant skills

An additional optional allowance of up to $13,423 for reasonable additional hours of work

The successful applicant will be required to comply with the Behaviour Code for Staff employed under the Members of Parliament (Staff) Act 1+84. They may also be required to undergo a National Police History Check.
