Full job description
HT Perfect Group is seeking a Full-Time Office Director Assistant to support daily administrative and interdepartmental coordination tasks. This role is ideal for individuals with strong language proficiency, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Office Director and ensure smooth office operations;
Draft and organize documents, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes;
Assist in coordinating communication and task tracking across departments such as sales, HR, and administration;
Manage internal filing systems, client records, and project progress documentation;
Support external communications and logistics, including client outreach and document delivery;
Complete other tasks as assigned by the Office Director to ensure office efficiency.
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant Experience: Experience in sales, HR, admin support, or data analysis is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience in graphic design, marketing, or advertising is considered an asset.
Organizational Ability: Strong coordination and multitasking skills with the ability to manage complex assignments under pressure.
Work Ethic: Motivated, goal-driven, responsible, and results-oriented.
Additional Requirement: Must possess a valid Ontario Class G driver’s license and be available for full-time, in-office work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
