- Payment follow-up with clients
- Prepare and provide -- Necessary Sales/ inventory data reports.
- Backend support, record-keeping, deadlines.
- Communicating with customers about order status and shipping details as required
- Answering questions about products or services offered by a company to potential customers
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- To coordinate and assist the sales, commercial, and logistic team
• *Skills**:Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Possess documentation skills
