Office Hours: +:30 am to 6:00 pm (Mon to Sat)
The E-commerce Office & Accounts Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the eCommerce office and managing the office accounting functions. The role will involve working with customers, vendors, and staff to ensure the smooth running of the e-commerce office.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain the office accounting system, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Process customer orders and payments.
• Monitor customer accounts for payment and resolves customer payment issues.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Handle vendor inquiries and complaints.
• Enter new orders into the system and update existing orders.
• Create and maintain customer and vendor records.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial documents
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card payments.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports.
• Assist with other clerical duties as needed.
Skills and
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience with eCommerce office accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
