Job Description
This role involves cross-department collaboration, requiring close coordination with marketing and IT teams.
What You’ll Do
Help colleagues fix computer, printer, and basic equipment problems in the office
Report website issues and other tech problems to our IT team
Upload product content to the website
Support the marketing team with simple admin tasks
Who We’re Looking For
Tech-savvy and good with computers (Windows, internet search, basic office equipment)
Can speak and write in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
Good team player, helpful and positive
Organized and able to manage time well
Able to think critically and solve problems
Nice to Have
Diploma, certificate, or experience in digital marketing or IT is an asset, but fresh graduates are welcome!
Experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, video editing, or basic website management is a plus
