Job Description
The Role:
Answering phones and responding to inquiries
Setting up PEXA workstations and conducting online searches
Managing cyber alerts and performing dictation tasks
Handling mail duties, opening and closing files, and archiving documents
Filing and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months office administration experience
Some law firm experience is preferred but not essential
Benefits:
Undercover parking available for all staff members
Award wage applies (between $36,000 - $52,000 + Super dependent upon age)
