About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-presented, and motivated Real Estate Receptionist/Sales Support team member to join our growing office. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Front-of-house reception duties, including greeting clients and answering enquiries
Managing incoming calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Assisting with property listings, inspections, and general sales support
Maintaining office presentation and ensuring a welcoming environment
Required Skills & Attributes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
Confident, well-organised, and able to multitask
Professional presentation and positive attitude
High attention to detail and willingness to learn
Driver’s licence essential
Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain one)
