Job description
Ingenics is looking for an administrative intern to support our headquarters in Greenville SC. The duration of the internship will be 3 months.

Essential Functions:

Performs administrative functions such as:
• Creates and maintains company reports, documents and presentations
• Updates ICA internal SharePoint on a regular basis with company related information
• Coordinate and organize office activities
• Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
• Oversee stock of office suppliers
• Greet visitors at office
• Supports project acquisition process for open tenders (e.g., consultant profile creation, tracking / updating HR tools)
• Provides assistance in creation of sales and internal presentations
• Supports other administrative and office management functions such as, distribution of IT equipment, coordination of events, making travel arrangements, etc.
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Requirements:
• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management/ Supply Chain, or other related field
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• English language
• Professional demeanor
• Must be able to work 25-40 hours per week
