Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to lead the efficient operation of our workplace.

The successful candidate will oversee office services, resources, and personnel to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the planning and review of office services, establishing priorities and service standards.
Allocate human resources, space, and equipment to meet business needs.
Assign tasks and monitor the work performance of staff to ensure quality outcomes.
Manage office records, accounts, and ensure accurate documentation.
Liaise with professionals to coordinate office activities and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain office equipment and supplies to support seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Guarantee adherence to relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate personnel activities, including hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision.
Requirements:

Qualifications in Leadership or Management field (minimum Diploma)
Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
Proficiency in office software and management tools. (Microsoft Office)
