Duties
Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Oversee front desk activities, including greeting clients and handling inquiries.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling for staff.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Assist with the safety program and varies software programs.
Train and supervise administrative staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience in an office management role.
Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and record management.
Strong knowledge of Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
