Job Description
We are seeking an Office Manager to play a pivotal role in our West Auckland branch. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the centre of a busy, high‑performing environment and enjoys supporting successful teams with professionalism and a positive approach.
In this role you will work alongside experienced industry professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results for clients and the community. Key Responsibilities
Lead marketing and advertising initiatives, including campaign coordination and design of promotional collateral.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver events and functions for clients and the team.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to administrative and support staff.
Manage branch operations, including office supplies, systems management, and KPI reporting.
Support brokers and account management workflows, including listings, documentation, and accounts receivable.
Deliver high‑level administrative and customer service support across the branch.
Qualifications

Proven experience in administration or office management
Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
Skilled at managing multiple tasks, prioritising, and meeting deadlines
Able to build strong relationships and support a positive team culture
