Job Description
We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of our office environment. This role is central to ensuring administrative systems, facilities, and people processes operate efficiently and in compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and continuously improve office administration systems, procedures, and service standards
Manage office resources, including staffing allocation, workspace planning, and equipment utilisation
Supervise administrative and support staff, allocating tasks and monitoring performance and workloads
Maintain accurate office records, documentation, and basic financial or accounts administration
Act as a key liaison between internal teams, external service providers, and professional advisors
Oversee office facilities, ensuring premises, equipment, and services are maintained to a high standard
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and office-related risk controls
Monitor adherence to relevant legislation, internal policies, and organisational procedures
Coordinate people-related office activities including onboarding, training coordination, and performance processes
Support payroll coordination, leave administration, and general HR administration in line with company practices
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in an Office Manager, Office Administrator, or similar operational role
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
Demonstrated experience supervising or coordinating administrative staff
Sound knowledge of office systems, record-keeping, and general business administration
Working knowledge of workplace health and safety obligations in an office environment
Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams and external stakeholders
Proficiency in common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar systems)
High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Experience supporting HR, payroll, or finance administration functions
Exposure to compliance-driven or regulated environments
Experience implementing or improving office systems and processes
